Wilder Pilates operates with a secure, keyless entry system via the Kisi app. Once your booking or membership is active, you’ll be able to unlock the studio directly from your phone.

Yes, all sessions must be booked prior to arrival to ensure availability and studio access.

Open Reformer allows you to complete a guided workout at your own pace using your personal screen, with access to a large on-demand library of sessions.

Some sessions include on-floor support, and we also offer private sessions with Rockell for more personalised guidance.

Bring a water bottle, bluetooth headphones, towel and grip socks. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety within the studio. Grips socks can also be purchased through the website and collected at the studio, Bluetooth headphones are so you can listen to your programme on the kiosk.

Yes, Wilder Pilates is open 24/7, giving you full flexibility to train when it suits you.
Membership FAQs

Not at all. You must however first attend an Introduction Session to use your membership or package. Even if you have done Reformer Pilates before, the introduction is mandatory to ensure you know how to access the studio and use the equipment.

Getting started is simple. Download our app or register via our membership page, set up your account and select your membership. Once you’re in, you can book your sessions and access the studio anytime.
